I got the chance to point out what I am unhappy with so far and she told me all can be "fixed" - no problem! I will have large volume fat grafting (a.k.a. liposuction) from my abdomen, lateral sides (waist) and possibly hips if she needs more fat. I told her to suck it away - I am happy to redistribute or get rid of it. I currently have a large crater/sunken area on my upper right breast/chest area. This will be filled in through fat grafting. I will also have a more natural cleavage made using my own body fat. That was a big concern of mine going down the implant route. I am actually anxious and excited to get these rock hard expanders out and much softer and natural looking and feeling implants puts in! Late January or early February cannot get here soon enough!
Since I am such a visual person and much of this blogging is for my own memory, I have included a picture of what different kinds of silicone implants look like. I believe I will have the "high" and not the "extra-high", but I will leave that up to the doctor since I trust her and have been so happy with everything she has done starting with my reduction in May. My implants will be over the muscle which is where my expanders are currently. She chose this positioning because of all the lifting I do with Emily and for the fact that my anatomy allowed this to be the best option.
I will post more when I have a surgery date set! It sounds like it is about 90 minutes and outpatient. :)
